4. Assist the user research team and design director in conducting product user experience research

5. Complete all project drawings (scene drawings, process drawings, renderings) with high quality and completeness

Communication skills:

1. Has the ability to accurately interpret customers and their needs, and can design solutions based on user needs

2. Has good creativity and design expression ability, with good interpretation in product expression skills and expression methods

Project capability:

1. Capable of independently completing projects based on customer needs and the latest research requirements of the company;

2. Capable of independently proposing small projects and possessing certain customer communication skills;

 Industrial Design Supervisor

Job Description

Salary range: 10-15k/month

Experience requirement: 3-5 years of design experience

1. Responsible for innovative design of industrial design projects

2. From requirement communication, determining product design output and related product definition work to controlling product design direction, design style, and design specifications;

3. Independently responsible for design and proposal work, managing project design and grasping important milestones

Job requirements
